  • Do I need to know what IV or injection I need prior to booking?

    No, you don’t! Our providers will take the time to discuss how you’re feeling, your wellness goals, and any concerns during your visit. From there, we’ll recommend the best treatment tailored to your needs.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 fee. No-shows or appointments missed without any notification will be charged $50 or 50% of the service booked—whichever is greater.

  • Can I book a consultation before deciding on a service?

    Absolutely! We offer consultations for many of our services, including laser treatments, injectables, and skincare. These appointments are a great way to get personalized recommendations and have all your questions answered.

  • How should I prepare for my appointment?

    Preparation depends on the service you’re receiving. For laser hair removal, avoid tanning, and the area must be shaved. For injectables, we suggest avoiding alcohol, NSAIDs, and fish oil 24–48 hours beforehand to reduce bruising. You’ll receive specific pre- and post-care instructions after booking, and these can also be found on our website.

  • Do you offer packages or memberships?

    Yes! We offer service packages as well as two memberships, The RX Club & Wellness Membership—two great options for clients who want consistent savings and monthly wellness perks. You can find details about these under memberships. 

  • Do I need to know what IV or injection I need prior to booking?

    Some services, such as facials, may still be suitable, but others (like certain lasers or injectables and vitamins) may be contraindicated. Please let us know if you are pregnant or nursing, and we’ll guide you through the safest options.

  • How often should I get IV therapy or injections?

    This depends on your individual goals and health status. Many clients benefit from weekly or biweekly treatments, but our team will recommend a frequency based on your unique needs during your visit.

  • What makes Revitalize RX different?

  • What should I do if I’m concerned about a possible complication after my filler treatment?

    If you experience any of the following symptoms after your filler appointment, please reach out to us right away:


    Significant pain or noticeable changes in skin color (such as paleness, blotchiness, or a dusky appearance)—even if it’s not at the injection site


    Increasing pain, discomfort, or skin discoloration hours after treatment (these symptoms should improve, not worsen)


    Cold sore or blister-like symptoms within 24–72 hours post-treatment


    Severe swelling (approximately triple the normal size) within 12 hours after your visit

  • Do you accept Aspire or Allē rewards points?

    Yes! We gladly accept both Aspire and Allē rewards. Just let us know at check-in that you have an account, and we’ll make sure your treatment is logged so your points are added to your rewards wallet.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    We do! We accept both Cherry and CareCredit to help make treatments more accessible. These options allow you to break up your payments into manageable installments.
