Monique is the in-house expert on planning and business management, bringing years of experience to the role. When the idea of a med spa was proposed to her she welcomed the opportunity for a new challenge. She keeps the spa running smooth and is the friendly face you will see when entering. When she’s not at Revitalize you can catch her at the yoga studio, or traveling with her family.
Ashlee Hathaway
REGISTERED NURSE
Co- Owner
Ashlee obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing from Curry College and has 11 years of nursing experience ranging from the emergency room to oncology nursing. Combining her experience in infusion nursing with her passion for aesthetics was the base for opening Revitalize.

Ashlee has successfully completed advanced aesthetic courses and training taught by top industry professionals. Her goal is to offer a safe and comfortable environment for her clients, while helping them feel their best on the inside and out.
Micaela Demello
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Micaela graduated from Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, Ma. Before beginning her work as an esthetician, she worked as a professional in the makeup industry for over 6 years. During this time she provided bridal, media, and event makeup services throughout the state. The combination of these things contribute to her vast knowledge in the beauty industry, including her most recent certification as a Face Reality acne specialist. Her attention to detail and passion for what she does makes appointments a one of a kind experience. Her goal is to make everyone look and most importantly feel beautiful.
Belsey Gonzalez
FNP-BC
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Belsy has 12+yrs of nursing experience and 7+years as an NP. She is certified in Family medicine, Aesthetics, Obesity medicine and Hormone Replacement Therapy.
