CANCELLATION Policy
We understand that life happens and as a courtesy to our clients, we allow for one grace late cancellation per client without a charge, which is noted in your client consent. Please understand that our service providers do not get paid if there is a cancellation and we ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours.
At this time, we do not require a credit card for booking for the convenience of our clients, however our booking system sends text/email reminders of your upcoming appointment. If you need to change your appointment, please do so 24 hours before. Unfortunately, because this has been an ongoing issue, we must strictly enforce this new policy and a flat fee of $25 per service will be charged before you can book your next appointment. If payment is not received, any future bookings will not be allowed.
